This show offers a wide range of topics related to childhood cancer from talking directly to the kids themselves to their parents and siblings and to pediatric oncologists and researchers tirelessly working to cure the diseases. Q: How did you find out about the Four Diamonds Pediatric Cancer Charity?
I grew up in Central Pennsylvania and was surrounded by families who benefitted from Four Diamonds, which created a natural connection for me.

Q: Can you talk about the Millard family? Why they started this organization?
The Millard family started Four Diamonds in memory of their son Christopher, who died from cancer, believing that families should have financial support for care.
Maithili Shah who is from Mumbai India will talk about her son Agastya who was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma when he was 6 months old in late July of 2023. After a difficult beginning to his treatment, Agastya is now doing as well as possible.
Q: How has Agastya's cancer battle affected you and your husband?
The cancer battle has changed their perspective on life, making them value small things much more than before, creating a positive transformation in who they are as individuals.

Maithili noticed regression in Agastya's development, including lack of excitement and inability to hold his neck properly, which led her to consult a pediatrician.

Q: How difficult was that relapse for you both physically and mentally, and did this relapse come on suddenly?
The relapse came suddenly and was difficult both physically and mentally. Tara had to navigate the realities of being in college and maintaining her life while undergoing treatment again.
