This is the first time listening to this podcast (thank you mind pump) with the newest episode tackling the thyroid which I have been newly struggling with for the past year. Thank you for all the great information ! Can’t wait to listen to old episodes to learn so much more.
Great information and so helpful especially if you believe you have histamine intolerance or MCAS. I’ve been struggling with health issues for past 8 years which I mainly was able to control with diet until this year when I upped my fermented food. Such great information and I hope you are able to spread awareness because after 3 months of misdiagnosis and medication side effects I can see how people fall into the conventional medicine cycle. Thank you!
I always love it when I discover a podcast that stays right on point, delivers facts and helpful information, covers many of the things we’ve all been thinking but not really talking about, and leaves you with advice or resources to move forward with. This is one of the good ones!
I really loved this podcast. Thank you!!! Dr Lyon was so informative about protein and I struggle with weight but I love cross training and I am vegetarian. So it was really helpful to hear her insights on protein. Thank you, Renee 😄
This was a really informative and super helpful source for finding about what to do about mold in your home. I really liked learning about Hiw to investigates the problem and the solutions. Sounds like a don’t task. I don’t in the anyone who has to deal with this issue. But at least now there’s a trusted source I could recommend.
