I am happy this podcast was created. It relates to the office environment and ambition to grow in a fun and informative way. I love the “Boss A** B**** and B**** A** Boss” segment at the end of the show.
This podcast gives a wholistic view of being a boss--the upsides, the challenges, and everything in between. Shimina and Paul's strong professional advice paired with their real life influences, goals, and stories of being in the work give listeners the opportunity to see themselves and be real. It's a breath of fresh air that reenergizes the way I think about supervisory methods and work-life balance.
I stumbled upon this by accident & it's honestly the best thing that's happened to me all week. Paul & Shimina are funny and insightful...and they basically are putting all my thoughts into words. I don't think it's a stretch to thank serendipity for bringing me here; s/o to the universe for landing this in my lap!
