One thing historians love is a good drink.... and drinking alone isn't fun. Happy hour is the best hour, even if you are sippin' cold water in a beautiful glass. If you are under 21, chilled apple juice is always tasty.

As a two-time HBCU graduate and an academic at an HBCU in Maryland, I really enjoy listening to Professor Harbin’s podcasts. She is a sharp sister and offers invaluable culturally relevant perspectives on history and current events. I first became aware of her podcasts due to my research interests in the Afro German identity. Please support her work! ✊🏾

  • Great podcast

This is an amazing podcast full of history that I honestly don’t remember learning in school. Natalye is a knowledgeable Historian who breaks down history in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. She breaks things down very thoroughly-connecting the dots between what’s going on today and what has happened in the past. I learn something new every time I listen to the podcast. Easily one of my faves!
