I like that Amanda answers the real questions. There are a lot of therapists out here talking about surface level things and that works for some people. But for the people like me who are really out here in these private practice streets we need to know the real numbers, and answers to the real questions! She’s very transparent, there are good gems in each episode.
So informative! And these are things you can do quickly and easily! This is definitely a must-listen episode.
Amanda provides clear specific and actionable support around mindset, strategy and systems to help therapists looking to scale beyond 1-1 and those offering intensives. The mindset stuff around offering intensives was huge for me and I booked an intensive thanks in part to that!

I found Amanda on a different podcast, and something just sparked something in me.
I have been so discouraged, and I have listened to 6 episodes today. Which has given me some hope!
Thanks lady! You rock!

- This show blends practical marketing, SEO, and business growth strategies with candid behind-the-scenes stories from therapists building scalable private practices. A recurring focus is moving beyond 1:1 therapy into high-value offerings like intensives, coaching, and masterminds, while keeping ethics and client care front and center. Listeners likely include private-practice therapists and practice owners seeking sustainable revenue, nervous-system-informed growth, and work-life balance, with actionable tactics you can apply quickly. A standout angle is the emphasis on mindset, infrastructure, and leadership as core components of scaling, not just marketing tactics.
