    Love this podcast! Leisha does a great job at breaking down such a complex topic such as hormones that can be confusing when diving in deep. She keeps podcasts at an easy length that this busy mom of five can to listen to while chasing toddler twins around the table haha! I've very much appreciated her podcasts in conjunction with my own journey diving into hormones!
