As a woman, surgeon, wife, mom, and friend, IFS has been instrumental in my overall well being and this podcast is a delightful way to enjoy it.
You know that great friend who is really insightful and you look forward to meeting them for coffee because you can be yourself and you know that any advice they give is in your best interest - even if it’s direct and honest? That’s sort of how I feel about listening to the podcast. If you want to understand yourself better, and maybe get to be better friends with yourself - have a listen.
