I’ve been consuming Martin’s content for several years. The topics discussed within this podcast are timeless and worthy of study in any environment. It is one of my main go to’s especially when I need to reset my mind and actions that tend to drift away often due to many challenges of life. Simple and effective approach. Highly recommend!!!
Martin,
See my previous comment. The content is great, but I wish you would change your podcast name back to the original HabitFactor instead of Habits2Goals. My only goal is to develop and maintain healthy habits. The notion of Goals gets too complicated and may confuse many. Need to be clear & calm before we can identify goals. At least make it clear that we don’t have to set our Goals before starting down this path.

If you're learning something new, working towards a goal that keeps eluding you or just want to learn what it takes to build the kind of habits that help you to be the best possible version of you that you can be - I highly recommend subscribing to H2G! The interviews are incredible and the additional content Martin publishes build on all the great conversations he has with his guests!
I stumbled across Habits 2 Goals and the first episode was about how Cue-Routine-Reward was widely known but ineffective. I had just read about it so Martin had me hooked in that first episode. I love Mind Bullet Monday’s and his droll tone and the way he emphasizes PARR. I’m listening to him few times a day to catch up on the five seasons. Thank you Martin!
Easily the best, most logical and practical self improvement podcast out there.

I recently listened to the episode with John Lingham. I was immediately hooked by his opening line and thought am I the person I want to be? I found his perspective on life, family and business inspirational and insightful. For example, a sign of success is a "silent phone!" I look forward to listening to more of this wonderful podcast!
Thanks for the great show
