2021大臺北藝術節在臺藝大正式啟動！今年旗下的大觀國際表演藝術節《巴別塔》、當代藝術雙年展《複調神話》內容豐富，特別推出由陳志誠校長親力執導劇作《時光冉冉絮叨叨》，並邀請到法國電影新浪潮開創者高達(Jean-Luc Godard)、旅法德籍劇場導演盧卡斯 漢柏(Lukas Hemleb)、台新藝術獎得主陳武康等多位重量級大師齊聚，一同享受自由發聲的藝術世界。

國立臺灣藝術大學陳志誠校長於108年拜會國家中山科學研究院杲中興前院長，促成雙方共同執行「餘料再生文創」產學合作案，透過學生的創意發想，在武器研發所剩餘料中注入設計元素，活化廢品並創造具國防意念的文創品，呼應循環經濟並型塑中科院科技人文形象。雙方對於這次跨界合作皆感到收穫豐碩，期待後續開啟更多合作機會。
