  • I hate carrying a gun!

I love the episode you guys did called pro secret: I hate carrying a gun. I am 100% with you. I carry a full size 10 mm 1911 most of the time. The rest of the time I carry a Springfield armory EMP in nine. What I hate most about carrying a gun, is that we need to :(

  • Better late than never…

    Hey, somebody finally said it!

Wayne LaPierre is a K-Street lobby hack, who, like his lobby-luxury-life ilk bloviate more than they actually do something to meaningfully protect Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

They ALL therefore HAVE TO GO!

Agreed, and thank you for having the testicular fortitude to be among the first to publicly say it (aloud, if that wasn’t clearly needed for quite some time now)…

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#337 - Mailbag: The Reason Police used "Widow-maker" Ammo and more!
Q: Why did police agencies across the country use the 158 grain lead round nose, and why so long?
Because that was the ammunition available at the time and agencies often chose low-bid options; hollow points existed but were not yet universally adopted, so departments trained with round-nose loads before later shifts to hollow-point performance.
#280- The .38 Special is Dead!
Q: What's the purpose of discussing the .38 Special?
To defend its relevance and effectiveness in modern shooting against misconceptions that it's outdated.
#233- Snubbies are Stupid!
Q: How do you approach the trigger pull issue when recommending guns to people?
The issue isn't just about the heavy trigger pull; it's also about the quality of instruction available for teaching proper usage of revolvers.
#235- Explosive Situations: Tannerite!
Q: What are the recommended safety measures while using Tannerite?
Use Tannerite as intended, follow the instructions provided, and understand local regulations about its use.
#236- You Asked, We Answered | Editors' Q&A
Q: What does a typical work week look like for you all?
It's a lot to juggle; we work long hours, often on weekends, but love the job and the interactions with our readers.
