I like the sleep meditations and hypnosis apps, but I love Nap Meditations. It’s the best way to catch a quick recharge. The sessions are just the right amount of time. Long enough to get some rest. But it doesn’t let me fall into a deep sleep. . This app solves the problem I’ve always had trying to take a nap. The meditation keeps my mind slightly alert but calm.
