Rich is very knowledgeable about lending and growing accounts. I've seen him do it with my own eyes! I highly recommend listening to this podcast to learn some of the information he knows.
Just listened to the episode with Reggie Lal and was a great 25 minutes!! Lots of advice, tips, and lessons packed into a short amount of time. Was great getting to also learn about Reggie’s story!! New to Rich Lennons podcast but he did a great job hosting and cannot wait to get to go back and listen to the rest of Rich’s shows!! Well worth the time!!
Extremely informative and easy to follow.
What a series Rich, enjoying it. Provides a very different avenue to think through than the usual equity or PE (high barrier to entry and fees) path. I am specially impressed by your underwriting shills, in not losing money in a single deal. Awesome and thanks for sharing this wealth of wisdom!!! - Raj
Great podcast from Rich Lennon. Rich reviews his extensive experience in the world of real estate investing and how he ended up as a lender with an interesting business model. He likes to keep things simple and so he doesn’t get bogged down and burnt out. I have seen the evolution of other investors go into the lending space but Rich’s passion and willingness to spread the word is admirable. I highly recommend you learn more from Rich!
