  • Very actionable, direct and value add

What a series Rich, enjoying it. Provides a very different avenue to think through than the usual equity or PE (high barrier to entry and fees) path. I am specially impressed by your underwriting shills, in not losing money in a single deal. Awesome and thanks for sharing this wealth of wisdom!!! - Raj

  • Rich on the way to Wealth

Great podcast from Rich Lennon. Rich reviews his extensive experience in the world of real estate investing and how he ended up as a lender with an interesting business model. He likes to keep things simple and so he doesn’t get bogged down and burnt out. I have seen the evolution of other investors go into the lending space but Rich’s passion and willingness to spread the word is admirable. I highly recommend you learn more from Rich!
