Lost 2 stars due to awful ad placement. You’ll be in the zone, then all of a sudden out of nowhere, “SPOTIFY FOR PODCASTERS”. Understand ads are how you make money but 3 minutes into a subliminal affirmation meditation is not where you put it. Totally ruined the vibe. Just put it at the very beginning!!
Just found this podcast and wow—-talk about divine timing! The affirmations are focused, concise and his calmness of his voice + intentionality of music choices are so healing.
