I discovered Good Morning, HR when looking for free ways to get my SHRM recertification. By now I’ve listed to about 60 episodes, and I can’t emphasize enough just how educational and engaging Coffey’s podcast is; even though I often disagree with the guests, they get me thinking. Of course the supreme irony is that this podcast is about 236,4353% more impactful than anything I ever got from SHRM’s actual materials, which are expensive and generally vacuous or absolutely useless.
I recently discovered these podcasts. As a Senior HR professional, I find Mike Coffey podcasts to be interesting in content, has great guests, very well organized, professionally presented by both Mike and guests and overall a breath of fresh air as compared to others. I also earn certification credits, easy to access. Mike rocks!
