AI Isn’t Replacing Jobs — It’s Rewriting Them
Q: Can you briefly explain how the three reports fit SHRM's broader research on technology and AI?
They extend SHRM's ongoing work by explicitly defining displacement risk with two conditions—high automation and absence of non-technical barriers—while connecting this to broader attitudes toward AI in workplaces and showing how HR-specific roles are affected.
