  • Depression Podcast

I am a 74 year old retired physician. In my early life my mental health struggles mostly centered around OCD and GAD. I had frequent panic attacks and some agoraphobia. Now later in life I am experiencing mostly depression. Mental illness can certainly morph with age.

I’ve enjoyed listening to your Podcast. It’s informative. I also sense tremendous empathy and compassion from both of you. Keep up the good work. You are providing a very valuable service.

  • This is a brilliant podcast.

This is a brilliant podcast - the content is first rate. But some of the audio is really ordinary and frustrating to listen to. It hasn’t always been like this. It often puts me off listening to this podcast. The intro music sounds like it has depression and the vocal delivery sounds stressed out and scratchy. It such a shame - four stars.

Thank you for sharing these amazing insights
