A very fun podcast, but I do wonder whether the truth is worth the damaging of the family relationships. I would want the truth, especially in this case. Without spoiling anything, get ready for a rollercoaster ride, this podcast takes you places you never imagine it would go!
...two years later, to hear the rest you need a subscription? COME ON. Sounded intriguing but I won't pay a monthly sub just to hear a podcast. Sorry. People are getting sick of subscription models and this is absurd.
I listened to the first episode and thought it was boring but I was going to give it a chance with the second episode then I realized you need a Wondery+ subscription to proceed on to ep 2. Nope. Too boring to subscribe. Thanks for saving me the time. I can now move on to a better podcast.

This podcast explores the chilling intersection of personal history and ghostly lore through the lens of a seasoned journalist who initially dismisses the supernatural. The host investigates eerie occurrences in his former childhood home, which is closely tied to the tragic murder of his wife’s great-grandmother, Naomi Dancy, in 1937. As he unearths layers of family secrets and connects them with his own experiences, he navigates a gripping narrative that blends true crime, personal history, and the spectral. Noteworthy for its unique storytelling and investigative approach, it has garnered acclaim, winning awards and being recognized as a must-listen series by Apple Podcasts.
