Today we discus the new sci-fi film Arrival and if it ranks in the pantheon of the genre's greats. Can you understand the words coming out of our mouths!
That episode was so awesome I love the opposing sides you take. I'm in the Grant camp because his books helped me realize my artistic powers and helped me to developed my own voice through art instead of trying to place myself into a genre. Love me some Grant Morrison.
This is one of the best comic book/nerd culture podcasts out there. It goes beyond the normal weekly news and quick reviews and takes the time to really explore and delve into topics. I highly recommend the fascinating topic of art in regards to Grant Morrison’s work and ideology. This podcast has really made me read comics in a different way and has introduced me to so many new ones to dive into.
This podcast is great for people who want to learn or hear discussions about different and current media--ranging from comics to books to movies. There's something here for everyone!
These two are super smart, funny, and had me pissing my pants during the Dead Pool episode. Definitely recommend.
After watching the nerdventures YouTube channel I saw that it has ventured to the podcast world. Heated discussions and interesting topics make for a great podcast.
It's like breaking down comics and movies with your friends. Great to hear honest reviews that aren't coming from celebs podcasts who don't want to burn any Hollywood bridges!!
I've been following the creators of the podcast on their individual YouTube channels. While Will is more detail-oriented and enjoys to deal in the esoteric, Amani is more fun and simplistic. Together, they make a wonderful podcast that gives you a healthy discussion about all things nerdy. It's informative, interesting and really fun. Loved it! :)
Love this podcast, which really covers the gamut! I don’t think there is anything these two hosts won’t tackle. Love pop culture? Let these two show you around the nerd culture marketplace. It’s time well spent.
