2023年，雅喬產後半年參與了普悠瑪賽事，挑戰人生第一次113賽事，跑步在15公里處決定退賽。那場賽事的備賽過程、賽事心態的打擊，也變成了轉變的契機，接下來花了整整三年的時間，堆高跑量、重新走了幾輪的週期訓練。從游泳出身的選手，變成全運會田徑賽場的決賽選手，也在全運鐵人三項個人賽再收下一張獎狀。
3年過後，雅喬再度挑戰人生第一次的113完賽，不只裝備更好了，也裝備了更好的自己，這一次不只達標完賽的挑戰，還比高標還要高標的達成自己賽前的設定！

這次跟我一起擔任鐵人三項JUNIOR / U23亞洲錦標賽國家隊帶隊教練的黃瑜，也曾經在2017~18年間成為深耕運動事業工作室選手。去年起在北市大鐵人三項隊擔任約聘教練，但直到大學畢業，她都還覺得「這條路真的能一直走下去嗎？」！

身為也曾跟學校打交道，但被氣死的人，只能說辛苦了。那天從高雄下班後出發，途中先聽之前的集數，想說已經開工了。Google map也顯示營業中，是我沒打電話詢問。到了看沒開，門口警衛也說你們今天沒營業，就只好走人。
本來想看看能不能換個地方做課表激發一下鬥志，甚至連三鐵車都帶了。
沒關係，「相濡以沫，不如相忘於江湖」，鐵人賽場上我們會再遇見的。
我記得2023大鵬灣，路跑段第一次過橋後，有和另一位穿跟雅喬一樣三鐵服的男生及雅喬並跑了一段。祝萬事順心
