曾經有一位國中女生來上課。
她一進教室就有點緊張。

「老師，「我最近聲音怪怪的，以前可以唱的歌現在都上不去。」 「而且有時候會破音，聲音忽高忽低同學還會笑我。」 「老師也說我變聲期先不要唱比較好。」

很多來上課的人，
表面上是想學唱歌。
實際上是在尋找：
「自在表達自己的能力。」
有些人從小不敢拒絕別人。
有些人習慣壓抑感受。
有些人總是照顧別人，卻忘了自己。
當聲音開始打開時，
改變的往往不只是歌聲。
而是整個人的狀態。
