今回は、新しい経営方針について社員から届いた4つの質問に答えます。
福祉の資格、食や就労の支援、サービスごとのブランドづくり、そして単身者を前提にしたサービスのあり方。まだ形になっていない構想も含めて、これから試していきたいことと、その先に描いている誰でもスマホの未来を語ります。
今回は、社員から届いた3つの質問に答えます。
毎朝3時、4時に起きる生活と、出社後に必ず読んでいる一冊。大盛況だったお客様イベントで、それでも悔しさが残った理由。そして、ブランドレギュレーションに込めた思い。
スマホを届けるだけでは終わらない。お客様の生活や人生のリスタートまで支えられる会社になるために、誰でもスマホがこれから目指す未来について語ります。
今回は、社員から届いた「変化の過程で疲弊し、離脱する人が出るのではないか」という質問に答えます。その可能性は否定しない。けれど、それを理由に変化は止めない。成長を止めることは社員最適であり、顧客最適ではないからです。採用基準が上がる意味、組織を逞しくしていく必要性、そして成長し続ける理由。成長を止めない組織に必要な覚悟が見えてくる回です。
社員から届いた7つの質問を通して、アーラリンクらしい経営の考え方が見えてきます。
iPhoneの転売を2ちゃんねるで知り、背面に「NOT FOR RESALE」と刻印した話。有料サポートを始めるか迷った末に、やらないと決めた理由。発想力、人材育成、読書後のワーク、そして「能力ではなく、伸び率で超えてほしい」という社員への本音まで。普段どんなことを考え、どう決断しているのかを語ります。
会社の成長と、部下の成長。この二つは、別々のものではありません。事業を前に進めるために仕事を任せ、本人を「魂の責任者」にする。その過程で人は成長していく一方、任せるだけでは育たない難しさもあります。社員から届いた質問や感想に答えながら、人を育てることへの考えと「成長率では僕を超えてほしい」という社員への期待を語ります。
今回は朝礼に届いた質問や感想に対して、僕自ら回答や解説をします。会社や事業、僕の考え方について、社員のみんなから伝えたいことがあるなら届けてほしいと思っています。
後半では、ルールや挨拶、役職者の振る舞いをテーマに、いい会社をどうつくっていくのかを考えます。ルールは人を縛るものなのか、それとも人を信じるためのものなのか。アーラリンクが大切にしたい、対話と文化づくりの話です。
