今回は小さなトピックを色々と詰め込んだ回です（笑）
改めて思ったのは、企業の窓口対応って本当にカルチャーや“素顔”が出るなということ。営業メールの断り方や電話の受け方まで、広報発信以外のところでもしっかり見られている。私も「神対応でした！」なんて噂されるくらい、心のこもったコミュニケーションをしていきたいです。（濱中）

広報の仕事って「発信」だけじゃなく、実はめちゃくちゃディレクション力が求められますよね。
短期・中期・長期でどう動かすか、採用やPRや社長発信など領域によっても変わるし、結局プロジェクトマネジメント力そのものなんじゃないかと。
私自身もまだまだ試行錯誤ですが、広報こそプロマネを学んだら最強になるんじゃないかなと思っています。（濱中）
