Really like the interviews with Bond / other New England athletes in the endurance (not necessarily running) space. My favorite podcast to listen to on long bicycle rides!
Thank you Will for an excellent pod especially while going through medical

The show centers on endurance athletes pushing long-distance limits in the Northeast, with a strong emphasis on FKTs, ultrarunning, and multi-day backcountry adventures. Conversations often unpack training blocks, route logistics, sponsorships, gear choices, nutrition, sleep strategies, and the mental game behind ambitious outdoor feats. A recurring theme is the regional trail scene—its community, routes, and local races—paired with practical tips for aspiring athletes and potential sponsors alike.
