  • Interesting but disappointingly cisnormative

    Some good conversations that bridge science and personal experiences well. Disappointing that trans and non-binary people are completely excluded from these discussions though.

    Wonderful blend of knowledge, opinion, lived experience and science across sports, performance, wellbeing and general good living. There’s something in this pod for everyone, especially the fun runner / exerciser (me). Also important to acknowledge how well this pod is presented and delivered, thank you Charlie & James!

    WOW ,WOW ,WOW this podcast was recommended by a friend and boy do I owe him a beer. Great guests , great topics and the hosts have a comfortable way of explaining without appearing to be talking down to the listener. This is a must listen to podcast for any athlete, coach or self coached athlete.
