I love Anna’s podcast! She shares great stories and insight from her own healing journey and interviews interesting guests and experts with their own unique stories and perspectives to share. This is a really accessible way to learn more about mind-body healing for chronic pain and as someone recovering from migraine it’s great to hear from someone who is further ahead in their recovery from chronic migraine.
Anna is so passionate and great at what she does. She comes from a place of having experienced chronic pain herself and was able to heal so many of her symptoms. As someone who experiences and is healing from chronic pain she inspires me, but she is also very real about the fact that the process of healing is never done and that there’s no such thing as perfection in the human experience.
