  • Saving our future

The kinds of conversations and book readings Pete has and the kinds of guest he brings on are what we need to examine with a critical eye our past and present, which is crucial if we want to steer our future in a direction where we end up with sovereign nation states that answer to their people.

I only wish more people would discover him.

  • Odd Strategy

Kind of weird how, Pete shamelessly has the feed on an auto upload schedule that mainly involves him and his bros reading books but everyone involved is borderline illiterate.

Also, the heavy handed, over the top, “sighing” done by the OGC leader guy has GOT to go. It’s his nonstop go-to and it’s gotten so old.

  • Amazing

Thank you for what you are doing! The masses must wake up.

Have you already covered “Onward Christian Soldiers” by Donald S. Day, former journalist for the Chicago Tribune? His info was suppressed as he covered what was going on in Eastern and Northern Europe during the 1920s- 1930s. Another eye-opener!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The J. Otto Pohl ‘Stalin’ Episodes
Q: What changes occurred when Beria took over the NKVD, and why did this affect Jewish representation in the leadership?
The host asks about leadership changes; the guest responds that Beria reduced Jewish representation in the NKVD top ranks from about 20% to around 4%, shifting power toward Georgians, Russians, Ukrainians, Armenians, and others, and reframing how crimes were attributed to different ethnic groups.
The J. Otto Pohl ‘Stalin’ Episodes
Q: Why do you think the narrative around who suffered most under Soviet terror is contested in scholarly and public discourse?
The guest explains that casualty tallies depend on definitions (who counts as a victim, which periods and regions are included), and notes that different archives and historiographical approaches yield different pictures, with emphasis on how various minority groups were targeted for political expediency rather than a simple ethnic calculus.
Episode 1361: Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge Pt. 4 - w/ Thomas777
Q: How are you doing, Thomas?
I'm doing well.
Episode 1345: The Road to Civil War Pt. 3 - John Taylor and the Agrarian Republic - w/ George Bagby
Q: Did you have anything to add tonight, George?
No, not at this time.
The Destruction of the American Military w/ Lee Enfield
Q: What was the culture like in the military around 9/11 when you joined the infantry?
The guest recalls a different era of patriotism and purpose post-9/11, with a sense that joining was a straightforward choice for young men who wanted to serve during wartime, contrasted with today's perceived erosion of that ethos.
