  • Cool show but too quiet

Love the cases discussed but the sound is really quiet. It is the only podcast that I have to adjust the volume on.

  • Great host and fascinating guests

Jeb White is a whistleblower turned attorney who supports whistleblowers, and he’s incredibly well connected—this show is a who’s-who of whistleblowing. (Enron whistleblower? Check. Bernie Madoff inner circle? Check.) He’s a generous host who brings out the best in his guests. Highly recommend.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Blow that Whistle Loud! Anti-SLAPP and Other Protections for Whistleblowers
Q: How important is jurisdiction when pursuing anti-SLAPP protections and where cases are filed?
Jurisdiction is often decisive; different states have varying anti-SLAPP protections, and moving a case to a favorable state or challenging lack of personal jurisdiction can be critical steps in securing protection for whistleblowers.
A Conversation with Gardiner Harris
Q: What kind of role did you see whistleblowers playing in these schemes you were uncovering?
Whistleblowers mostly came from frontline sales reps who risked their careers to expose the wrongful practices.
A Conversation with Gardiner Harris
Q: What kind of drove you to decide to write your book about Johnson & Johnson in particular?
Just anger, you know. Years and years of seeing this company commit deadly crimes without repercussions.
AI and SEC Enforcement Priorities
Q: Can you talk a little bit more about the kind of cases that might be out there in that area?
This appears to be a priority not only for the last administration, but for this one as well.
AI and SEC Enforcement Priorities
Q: Can you talk to me a little bit about what AI washing is?
AI washing is exaggerating, misleading, lying about your AI capabilities.
