I had the opportunity to be a guest on this show, and I was so impressed by Sarah & Esther’s knowledge and passion. It was a great experience! If you’re looking to prepare for parenting, or want support going through it, this is the show for you!
I LOVED the episode on traditional healing practices. With daughters having babies, I loved getting more ideas how to support and help my lovely new mothers 💕

This is an excellent podcast for any person navigating life with a newborn. Listen and feel less alone on your journey of new parenthood.
I’ve only listened to one episode, but after hearing the phrase “ birthing person” and “ feeding person” I know that this podcast is not for me. Just in case anyone out there is confused, only women give birth, and only women breast-feed.
This actually saved me during my fourth trimester. Not only is the transition to motherhood taxing, in many levels, this podcast made me feel totally understood and that I was not alone in this transition! This is a great podcast for new mothers and parents across the board! You will not regret it!!
