Came across the episode of intermittent fasting and LOVED the episode. Science based information with an even-keeled approach (for women in particular!). Can’t wait to continue learning and listening to these great ladies!

If it weren’t for Caitlan and Sophia’s raw, honest (but tenderly-delivered) messages, I wouldn... more
