  • Thank You!

This podcast has been inspiring, honest and most of all, validating! FA is often times overlooked, or scoffed at. It’s very difficult to open up about it due to the negative feedback. It’s refreshing to have this space to listen to those that have experienced, studied and understand the condition I struggle with and know I’m not alone in any aspect of my journey

But the host's incessant habit of turning the interview back to herself -- interjecting with her own stories -- is insufferable. Interviewing is a skill, and the job is to keep the spotlight on the guest, ask specific QUESTIONS (not just "talk about your childhood") and allow the audience to know the guest better. Constantly inserting oneself offers the same listener experience as being at a party whe... more

And correlating food addiction problems as evidenced in fat. Many food addicts are not fat as I’m also sure not all fat people are food addicts.

It is a disservice to this field to limit and define the ... more
