I really want to listen to the good content but can’t get past the host using the F word every sentence unnecessarily.
This podcast has some genuinely interesting property insights, but the host’s interview style is a complete trainwreck. Constantly talking over guests, cutting them off mid-sentence, and creating this super male-dominated “boys club” vibe that totally undermines the potential value.
If the host could just learn some basic interview respect and listen - like, actually listen - this could be a killer resource. Right now? It’s just frustrating to sit through.
