This was the first episode I listened to on this podcast today and it was great! The information was easy to understand, whilst being scientific and Dr Sims provided a wealth of useful information about what females should be doing to look after themselves through menopause. I found the bit about Adaptogens so interesting and also the info on tart cherry extract. Everything was evidence based and I really like that. Thank you for this great talk!
Brilliant podcast. Amanda is a down to earth Geordie woman who gets the best out of guests with her no nonsense but friendly attitude. Women will listen to this podcast and feel that they are good enough and strong enough to be who they want to be. Kickass!!!!!
My learning curve about menopause is steep in the last year! I’ve been longing for specifics about how to exercise in menopause. Thanks for being the exact resource I’ve been hoping to find.
So grateful for this podcast in general, but this episode helped me. I recently started suffering with some of these symptoms. Within a week of listening I had an appointment and a prescription for vaginal/topical estrogen and it has really changed things for me. Who knew our labias could shrink?! Thank you Amanda!
So much info that need to be out there more. Continued learning is key to women’s health
Thank you!!
