I love this podcast. Whenever I feel I’m going off track with my fitness goals (or even when I’m sticking to them) Maz and Chelsea give practical, intelligent and compassionate advice that always makes me feel better and keeps me motivated. I’m not a client, but somehow the questions they answer and the topics they cover always seem relevant to my journey. They also have a laugh and a giggle and their positivity is so infectious I find myself laughing out load. Great pod!
