  • The perfect running for women podcast

I’ve followed you on Instagram for a long time but just listened to my very first episode and it was brilliant (episode 67 - tips to become a better runner). You are both direct and eloquent, encouraging, speak at a great tempo, bounce off each other so well, have those adorable kiwi accents haha but most of all, contained really pragmatic guidance. You make me excited to get out and run, and for it to be a sustainable activity that I can continue to love throughout my life.
