Fantastic real talk about female running. Smart, evidence based advice, and so inspiring
Love this!!
I’ve followed you on Instagram for a long time but just listened to my very first episode and it was brilliant (episode 67 - tips to become a better runner). You are both direct and eloquent, encouraging, speak at a great tempo, bounce off each other so well, have those adorable kiwi accents haha but most of all, contained really pragmatic guidance. You make me excited to get out and run, and for it to be a sustainable activity that I can continue to love throughout my life.
This is my favourite podcast! Such wholesome vibes with Lydia and Ester and I always learn so much! Thank you for this incredible show :)
