I know I’m late to this party, but I stumbled across this podcast one night while trying to find something interesting to listen to while I clean. I do keep coming back because I like how the episodes are explained and summarized. However, as another reviewer commented, the constant use of the word “adorable” is mind numbing. I’ve actually wanted to turn it off at various points because the word is neither appropriate or sophisticated enough to describe the things they use it to describe so ofte... more
Everything is viewed from a female point of view. The phrase this person is super cute, this person is adorable is said a zillion times. Are you team Ben or team Noel is said way too much…. Way too much. I could not even make it 10 episodes.
Felicity did it’s original run when I was about 11. I remember it being a “thing,” I even remember the hullabaloo when she *gasp* cut her hair off!! But I didn’t watch it. When I was about 19, I happened to catch the series finale as a rerun and remember thinking, “What. The. Hell. Was. That? THAT’S Felicity?!” When JJ Abrams name scrolled across the screen as the credits rolled it all made sense. No spoilers here. But now I’m 32 and saw that it’s on Hulu, decided it’s right up my alley, and fig... more
I casually watched Felicity back when it originally aired but never fully watched the entire series. Just finished watching season 1 for the first time in its entirety. I was so happy to find this podcast to hear other's express their incites and reactions to each episode. The host's do a great job of analyzing the characters and episodes. Just binge listened to all of season 1 of the pod and can't wait to watch week to week along with the podcast. Oh and btw team Noel :-)
