  • Real down to earth

I love how Isa keeps things real and doesn’t pretend that her entire life is a perfect fairytale like some coaches. She gives solid advice from experience and you can tell she really respects that each person has a different experience. I just feel lighter and more confident that I have many options after listening to her podcast. Also, love doing her Pilates workouts via her YouTube.
