  • Thought in decline

It’s hard to listen to Mr. Zakaria work to describe the actions of Trump as motivated by anything other than greed and whatever the current condition of his cognitive ability. He is not thoughtful, not strategic, not taking a new approach to Xi. He’s lying down and prepared to surrender for his own gain because he knows he’s in an inferior position. It is concerning that Zakaria is projecting onto Trump rather than reporting the clear nature of our situation. This is not academic analysis, it’s ... more

  • As an Iranian…

I’d like to tell Ms. Annemarie Slaughter to please not speak on behalf of Iranians, especially within Iran. First off, they have absolutely very minimal internet to communicate with the world, and for someone to say that they are more aligned now with their government is just purely false. My family lives under a near totalitarian government, and what they want more than anything is to topple them.

Please challenge your guests on these topics, which they say so non-chalantly, Mr. Zakaria.

  • Obscene

So the American media and its Talking Heads are going to treat this aggression in the same way it treated Iraq? Is it that you’re stupid or is it that you think we are all stupid?

  • Fareed’s extreme bias.

I cannot listen anymore. Up until today, I’ve had utmost respect for fared, even when he had guests who had their own agenda that went unchallenged. However, today’s take was pure propaganda. Seriously, fareed, Israel did not pressure Trump not anything. Even if you believe that, where is your proof? Happily unsubscribed.

UN Nuclear Chief on Iran’s Nuclear Program; Where is the War with Iran Headed?
Q: What are the options for the United States right now?
The preferred path is reaching an agreement where inspectors can verify stockpiles and activities, but military options are discussed cautiously due to the risk of escalation and uncertainty about the full extent of Iran's capabilities.
