  • Worthwhile!

I just discovered this podcast today and have already devoured through three episodes. I highly recommend it. Very informative without bombarding you with endless metrics. Advanced metrics are fine, of course, but we’re trying to win our fantasy leagues not earn a degree in sabermetrics. So just tell us the best guys to draft and why they might help us win our leagues. And that’s exactly what Joe does! He brought on an excellent guest today, Greg Jewett, and together they gave very practical adv... more

Fantasy Baseball AL East Preview with Joe Bond
Q: Who are your pitcher targets for the Rays in this preview?
Shane McClanahan is a premier upside pick around pick 200, with health being the main caveat; Shane Baz is a late-round swing at ~200 ADP due to upside when healthy; Trevor Rogers is another target with strong 2023-24 indicators.
Fantasy Baseball AL East Preview with Joe Bond
Q: Who's one of your favorite targets for ADP on the Orioles?
Gunnar Henderson is a strong target but has drifted up in ADP; outside of him, Jackson Holliday offers upside if you're willing to wait through a delayed start, though he's fallen to around pick 200, which is great value in deeper formats.
Fantasy Baseball AL East Preview with Joe Bond
Q: Joe, man, how you doing, man? Tell us a little bit more where we can find you, what you're up to.
I'm good, thanks for having me. You can find me mainly at Fantasy Six Pack and on Bluesky/X as @S6P_Joe, with most of my baseball content concentrated on Fantasy Six Pack, plus some USA Today work in seasons past.
Fantasy Baseball Position Review - Shortstop - with Michael Cecchini
Q: What are your initial thoughts on the position in terms of how deep it is?
Michael Cecchini argues the pool is deep in the top 20-25 but thins out after that, making the middle rounds attractive for finding reliable shortstops, especially in deeper formats where the waiver wire matters.
I Rest My Cade (August 6 streams)
Q: Can I trade Gunnar Henderson and Matt Olsen for Aaron Judge?
Even though it might be a slight overpay, it's worth trading for Judge because he plays for a playoff contender, ensuring he will be utilized during Fantasy playoffs.
