Love Nick’s work up on pitchers, it’s very clear that he has dialed his craft. Great delivery in podcast form and I always love the acronyms!
I’ve listened to the podcasts for Nick and his staff for several years. Player analysis is top notch and interesting. They combine metrics and data with practical application as to what is important from past results and what to look for. For any fans that enjoyed watching Steve Stone analyze pitchers during a game on WGN, you’ll love this content.
If you listen to one fantasy baseball pod. It must be this one. Nick is the best there is at analysis and he’s a funny and good guy too.
The First Pitch Podcast is one of my favorite sports podcasts. It starts my day with a recap of the previous day and gets me ready for the day ahead. I love that it does it without any opinion. Four stars for two reasons. WAY too many ads. At least a quarter of the show is ads and the breaks are like 4 minutes, that’s twice as long as TV. The host speaks so fast, I’m always checking to see if I have 2X on. It gives me anxiety. Seriously, what’s the rush?
Nick and team deliver some of the best pitcher content out there. Using his pitcher rankings last season truly helped me win my league. Keep up the great work.
