这期节目说起来有点“事后诸葛亮”——在日本的“令和米乱”（似乎）都快凉下来的时候，我们终于赶了这个迟到的热度。趁着这段时间，我们看了不少中文媒体和自媒体对这场“大米风波”的分析。其中一些观点我们不太买账，所以就忍不住来录了这一期。
虽然日本的大米听起来离我们很遥远，但追着这个话题往下看，我们其实很多挑战是共同的，比如一个被反复提到的因素——极端气候对水稻种植产量、良品率的影响，中国水稻也面临类似的挑战。本来只想看看结日本人怎么“吃不起饭”类，结果反倒多了解了一点自己碗里的事。
