Incredible leadership podcast by Ted McElroy. Ted has a great way of putting that mirror right in your face. Thank you Ted for helping me find more freedom from the things that keep me from focusing on the things I love at work.

  • Giving Advice vs Coaching

A very pertinent topic from Dr Ted McElroy if you truly want to be the best of the best practices. Of course the right people in the right seat is important but pulling the best out of them once there is where you and even more importantly your team will really excel and Ted succinctly helps you get there in real talk.

Dr Wolfe has opened my world up to the possibilities of researching deeper into optometry or friendships with providers. I ca... more

Lots of great ad free shows out there for ODs. Way too many ad breaks makes me doubt the sincerity of the show. Pass.
