A very pertinent topic from Dr Ted McElroy if you truly want to be the best of the best practices. Of course the right people in the right seat is important but pulling the best out of them once there is where you and even more importantly your team will really excel and Ted succinctly helps you get there in real talk.
Wow, I just happened to come across this podcast and as I was listening I lost myself in Dr Wolfes words. He has a way about him. His voice is so soothing and pleasing to listen to.
