I love this podcast. Straight and to the point. Very informative and not the basic tips you get everywhere else.
I am a huge procrastinator. I am working on picking up good habits and with this podcast I am very aware of my 1440 and what I’m doing with my daily minutes. I write down my “M.I.T.” at night for the next day so I can see what needs to be done. It’s not perfect yet but I each day of good helps push away the bad lazy habits. Slowly but surely I am not huffing and puffing about my daily tasks but looking forward to getting them off my list.
I’m binge listening the podcast as i go by and every episode i learn something new.
Kevin Kruse does such a great job giving us some tips and tricks to overcome procrastination, talking about some useful time management skills, and letting us know how we can 10X our productivity. So worth all the time I’ve spent listening!
