  • Be engaged understand the positive difference UX makes!

I have found that Brian T. O’Neill always has insightful and engaging guests on his podcast. It is a great topic space as user experience and service design are greatly under-valued and under-appreciated in the Data and AI spaces > they make such a positive impact in use and experience (my perspective). Do yourself a favour and listen to ‘Experiencing Data’.

I especially liked when they were discussing how data teams often try to crowbar their products onto users. Pod guest Malcolm Hawker comes up with a hilarious analogy of HR or Procurement insisting on user training so the users would finally "get it" 🤣🤣 It's around minute 00:28 ... more
