I have found that Brian T. O’Neill always has insightful and engaging guests on his podcast. It is a great topic space as user experience and service design are greatly under-valued and under-appreciated in the Data and AI spaces > they make such a positive impact in use and experience (my perspective). I met Brian a year ago at a CDO workgroup meeting and was immediately taken with his thinking around how to best leverage data and communicate actionable insights.
