This recording comes to us courtesy of Minda, one of our fellow CyberSeekers. While most our time is spent plumbing the fathomless depths of the dark web, every once in a while, we’ll stumble across a gem like this one hiding in plain sight. more
Most of the audio we’ve uncovered in the past appears to have been recorded on cassette tapes. This time, we recovered an old VHS tape that contained a very brief recording of what appears to be an outtake from a Deep Reach employee training video ho... more
This one’s a little different than the others. To start with, this is the first actual audio cassette we’ve come across in this bizarre scavenger hunt. The rest of the audio we’ve uncovered so far has been recordings extracted from digital sources. W... more
It’s no surprise that CyberSeekers and urban explorers tend to run in the same circles. One explores the darkest corners of the virtual realm while the other explores decaying structures left abandoned in the physical world. more
We’ve now uncovered a number of these audio recordings from the mysterious radio show called “The Morning Maelstrom”, and I’ve been poring over each episode trying to piece together a coherent timeline. more
I’ve extracted a strange audio file I found hidden in an image posted on a dark web conspiracy forum. It sounds like somebody holding a microphone to a cassette tape player and recording clips from some radio show called the “Morning Maelstrom.” I ca... more

What a find! This unique morning show broadcast from a paranormal research center (I think?) crosses upbeat chirpy radio dj presentation with reports on strange and supernatural happenings of the day. This is your local radio morning show meets X-Files, plus Welcome to Nightvale. Absolutely great listen. And needs more episodes!
Fun and interesting, this is a great podcast to binge!
Great overall concept and ‘found tapes’ scenario; superb sound design (really); and *stellar* acting. more
This show is amazing- surreal & original, great acting & production. more
Imagine you are working on a secret undersea laboratory where scientists, aliens, and regular people come together to study mysterious creatures and phenomena. Now imagine that instead of being worried about whether the monolith in the Arcane Library is going to cause the end of the world if its runes are translated, you’re more concerned about whether the cafeteria is going to start carrying cupcakes. That’s the Eulypsa Protocol. It’s part Welcome to Night Vale and part SCP Foundation. It hasn’... more
A wonderful "found footage" show full of weird, funny and exiting events. I love the narration, and it´s well written.
I’m a sucker for found tapes genre podcasts, and this one does not disappoint! I love the strange absurdity at every twist and turn and I can’t wait for the next installment. Here’s hoping it comes quickly!
Not my genre, but this was good. Looking forward to the second one.
