  • Phenomenal

ESG episode with Erin Urban where they discussed how to elevate the impact and influence of leaders and teams without sacrificing their wellbeing is one that stands out for me. I like how they addressed performance expectations at the organization and team levels especially during pandemic. It was really insgihtful.

The podcast is just perfect to anyone both newbie and tenure in any kind of organization as it is focused around innovation in leadership and business.
