I just finished season 1. I wanted to share that I really loved the storytelling, and I grew quite attached to the characters. I would basically pump my fist on strong hits and feel the loss on a miss. To get real reactions from me feels like a big thing for a podcast to do. I look forward to catching up to the newest season and hearing all the other adventures Steve takes us on!
Incredible storytelling. I get so invested into the characters!
I found this podcast while searching for an Actual Play of Blades in the Dark, and I really enjoyed the one-shot! I only wish it had been a full campaign. Now I’m listening to season 2 - Talon and Crest, which has a similar vibe, and I love the world, the characters, and the story immensely. I’m especially impressed by Steve’s ability to voice all the characters so distinctly, without ever overdramatizing. I’ve definitely become a fan!
Really solid solo rpg work. Engaging, entertaining. Very solid production and audio quality.

For those new to the podcast, I highly recommend starting with seas... more
