コロナウイルスの影響で中止が続いていましたが、久しぶりに開催となった、バンクーバー花火大会❣️特徴的なのが、まず国別対抗で3日間にわたって行われるというのと、開始時間がなんと夜10時過ぎ！！国土の位置が関係してるからなんですね、ちょっと面白いと思いませんか？
バンクーバーのニュースサイトに、ウィスラーにあるお家がカナダ1の金額の1つとして売りに出されている…という記事がありました。記事に使われている"mansion"という単語、日本語でもマンションと使われていますが、英語と日本語では意味合いが、かなり離れています。今回はそんな話をしてみました！
カナダの建国記念日にあたるカナダデー、今回は簡単なカナダのできるまでのお話と、今年のカナダデーから変化したことについてお話してみました
ウォーターフロントの話は前にもしたことあるような…まぁいいっか、すみません💦大好きな場所なもので…。風に吹かれながらのんびり水辺を見ている時間が本当に贅沢で心地よいんですよ😌聞いてもらいながら、何となくイメージ伝わったら嬉しいなぁ〜
腰を痛めてから定期的に通院をしておりますが😅病院も我が家も不便なところにあるのでいつもは車で送ってもらってたんだけど、今日はその足がない💦ということで久しぶりにバスに乗って行ってきました！バス…といえばバンクーバーでの生活思い出すんだなぁ
長期間カナダにいた人ならみんな、懐かしいっ😆て目を輝かせるドーナツ屋さん、ティム・ホートンズ。何がってわけじゃない、もうそこいら中にお店があってきっと、誰しも食べたのは1度や2度じゃないはず(笑)それくらいカナダ中で愛されるお店なんです。空港にだってどこだってあるので、カナダお越しの際はぜひカナダっ子になった気分でドーナツ食べてみて下さいね😝
