  • This podcast is so encouraging!!

I’ve really enjoyed listening to this podcast as it offers great insight based on the Bible, catechism, sound church teaching, modern psychology, and science. As a Catholic in the health field, it has been so encouraging to hear a faith-filled perspective about how to live a holy life in body, mind, and spirit, how to navigate the world without conforming to it, and more. Such wisdom, and so relatable!
