This was really compelling and I’m sure would be a fantastic resource for any young person struggling with mental health, or family members trying to get them help. The podcast should be praised fof providing practical advice without being patronising. Great job by the hosts who are in the podcast enough to give it direction but allow tue young people to be the real stars of the show.
Often heartbreaking, this is well told with balance. Recommend for anyone with young ones in their lives.
The stories of these brave young people are told with such great care and sensitivity. This informative podcast is something I highly recommend to anyone feeling like they are not enough.
The quality of the production, the empathy displayed by the hosts and the authenticity of the discussions set this podcast apart.
A must listen for both parents and their teens.
