  • Loved being a guest on Dr. Mary’s podcast

I truly enjoyed being a guest on Dr Mary’s podcast as we discussed Qigong and how the practice “works with our energy”. This ancient Chinese practice combines coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation.

The conversation weaves together Eastern wisdom traditions, comparing and contrasting yoga's structured poses with Qigong's fluid, dance-like movements. Dr. Mary is a fabulous host.

  • Excellent Source

Mary is such a beautiful soul and gentle teacher and has SO much wisdom to share. I really enjoy this podcast and I always learn something new or find a different way of interpreting something. Sometimes, the material seems over my head and it can be presented quickly, and I need more time to integrate/understand it, but overall, a really enlightening and powerful source for information which isn’t necessarily easy to access in our world today—Mary and her guests make that possible.
